ValueLancers (by Kalyra) is a direct, zero-friction discovery marketplace that bridges project producers (clients/businesses) directly with skilled technology professionals, freelancers, and mentors.

We act solely as an open communication and matching platform. We do not act as an escrow intermediary, agency employer, or broker.

2. 100% Free & Zero Commission (₹0 Platform Fee)

We charge nothing. There are:

• Zero posting fees: Clients can publish requirements completely free.
• Zero proposal token costs: Freelancers do not have to buy bids or credits.
• Zero commission cuts: We take 0% of the project budget. 100% of the agreed amount stays between the project producer and the freelancer.

3. Direct Relationship & Collaboration

Because ValueLancers is a direct connection bridge, all deliverables, technical milestones, intellectual property transfers, and commercial settlements are agreed and managed directly between the project producer and the freelancer.

4. Honest Representation & Fair Usage

Users agree to provide truthful information regarding their technical background, portfolio work, budget estimates, and project deliverables. Fabricating credentials, posting illegal or abusive tasks, or spamming participants is strictly prohibited.
